Glycans and glycoconjugates analysis
Structure of a Bacillus cereus bacterial polysaccharide elucidated, de novo, by proton-carbon nuclear magnetic resonance.
Candela T., Maes E. et al 2011, J. Biol. Chem., 286, 31250-62
Skills:
Liquid NMR in any solvent and high-resolution magic angle spinning NMR (HRMAS).
Glycoconjugates Analysis Platform:
PAGés, located on the Cité Scientifique campus of the University of Lille, is a skills platform dedicated to the structural analysis of glycans in all their forms, such as polysaccharides, free or conjugated glycans (glycopeptides, glycolipids, etc.). The platform is skilled in the analysis of glycan molecules by liquid NMR and their in situ study in microorganisms by HRMAS. The platform is also involved in teaching glycan NMR by MOOC (Multiple Online Open Course) on the FUN platform, with one session per year.
